Hi Lucia!  I know you’re reading this!  Ha!  :D  Here are some of my favourite photos from Lucia and Grand’s engagement shoot in Port Credit!  Their wedding isn’t until October but it’s always nice to have a warm, sunny day for engagement shoots.  See you guys in another month!

I love how freaky the trees look in this one.  Shooting through stuff always equals good times.

Here are some photos from Jasmine and Yeung’s engagement shoot in Unionville!  As I was shooting, Michael from StillMotion shot a love story video that I think he’s going to show at the reception!  They always do awesome work, so I’m really looking forward to seeing the final product!  Here are a few of my favourites from the shoot:

Reflections are fun.

A few weeks ago I met with Allyson and Ryan to take some engagement photos in downtown Belleville, which was pretty cool because (even though it’s close) I don’t go to Belleville very often.  We wandered around and found some pretty cool spots and had a great time!  Allyson and Ryan are really funny, relaxed, and easy to take photos of!  Here are some of my favourites:

Flare-tastic!

Their puppy, Jam, made a brief cameo!

Thanks, guys!  Looking forward to the wedding in June!

Liz & Matt
February 23rd, 2009

Here are some photos from Liz and Matt’s engagement shoot!  They (and their dog, Izzie) were brave enough to wander around outside despite the snow, although it was actually a pretty mild day for February!

What’s an engagement shoot without a random, dirty alley?

And we also made a sweet pit stop at The Toucan, a local pub where Matt and Liz spent some time hanging out while in town.

Mary Claire & Greg
November 16th, 2008

I’m shooting Mary Claire and Greg’s wedding next summer here in Kingston, and here is a sample from their engagement shoot.  The last time I saw Mary Claire was actually at Melissa and Lucas’ wedding –she provided the awesome soundtrack on violin!  If you’re looking for a talented violinist for your wedding, let me know!  I can hook you up!

Marsha & Marc Engagement
October 5th, 2008

Here are some of Marsha and Marc’s engagement photos from Port Credit!  My voodoo camera magic makes the rain go away.

Jacqueline & Brad
September 12th, 2008

I’m shooting Jacqueline and Brad’s wedding next summer, but we went out to her family’s farm to do some engagement photos recently!  Farms are awesome for photos because there’s always so much variety and so many nooks and crannies.  We had perfect weather, including a picturesque sunset!  Here are some samples from the shoot.

Grace & Ben
September 9th, 2008

Grace and Ben’s wedding is coming up this fall in Toronto, but we were able to do an engagement shoot in Ottawa a few weeks back.  Train tracks and beaches are always a good thing!

I always like to take individual portraits of everyone just because it’s fun and quick to do!  Plus, I remember from my own wedding, one of my favourite photos for the office desk was just a nice portait of my wife.

Lauren & Matt Engagement Shoot
September 8th, 2008

Here are a few photos from Lauren & Matt’s engagement shoot around Queen’s Campus.  They’re getting married next spring and I’m really looking forward to painting my face like Lattimer from The Program for the wedding.

(okay, I’m not really going to do that, but it was fun to make a reference to the old football movie and have someone get it!)

Awwww yeah.  The Queen’s PEC.  Many a game of basketball was played there back in the day.
